• All orders take 1 to 2 business days to process.
• Delivery estimates are calculated after the processing of the order has completed.

• Standard Delivery Service is 3-5 days from order acceptance date, excluding weekends, public holidays and after hours
  • Orders over R2,500: Free standard delivery across South Africa.
  • Orders under R2500 threshold:
    • Rate of R120 applied at checkout for order value up to R650
    • Rate of R240 applied at checkout for order value between R651 and R1400
    • Rate of R500 applied at checkout for order value between R1401 and R2499
  • Free Shipping for order value above R2500
• Express Delivery Service is 2-3 days from order acceptance date, excluding weekends, public holidays and after hours
  • Orders over R5000: Free express delivery across South Africa. 
  • Orders under R5000 threshold:
    • Rate of R250 applied at checkout for order value up to R650
    • Rate of R500 applied at checkout for order value between R651 and R1400
    • Rate of R750 applied at checkout for order value between R1401 and R2499
    • Rate of R1000 applied at checkout for order value between R2500 and R4999
  • Free Shipping for order value above R2500
• Major Centres: Standard Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days, Express Delivery takes 2-3 business days (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban).
• Regional/Outlying Areas: Delivery takes 5 to 7 business days.

• Door-to-Door: Standard delivery via The Courier Guy.
• Click & Collect: Cape Town (Main hub) pickup available at 32 Windsor Weg Road, Plumstead, Cape Town, 7801.

• You will receive a tracking link via email.
• Tracking activates once the courier scans the parcel.
• Tracking notifications may also arrive via SMS.

• Inspect your package immediately upon arrival.
• Report delivery damages within 24 hours to info@cymapi.co
• Save all packaging materials for insurance claims.
